Prompt Ethnography and Thick Fakes

At the AI and Agency working group meeting hosted by the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University, Sahana Udupa presented the methodology of "prompt ethnography" from her chapter in "Handbook on Anthropology and Artificial Intelligence" and excerpts on "thick fakes" from her forthcoming monograph, Divided by Machines: Extreme Speech, Deception and the Limits of Artificial Intelligence.
