A self-taught ethnographer, Sudha has spent a decade in education associated with Azim Premji University. As an active participant researcher on various anthropological studies, she has documented the regulation and monitoring system at block offices in urban and rural Bangalore, the lives of head teachers in government schools, the role of school managing committees in school development and captured the life-cycle of key academic and pedagogic programs of the state.
A writer by profession, she is also a co-founder at Viridus Social Impact Solutions working with various non-profit organizations to develop holistic human centred solutions for problems identified.
